My motivation for simple FM

After more than 20 years as an employee and manager in corporate facility management, 2020 was the right time for me to take on a new challenge and strike out on my own.

The real estate industry – and facility management in particular – has fascinated me since the beginning of my career due to its diversity and complexity. It was therefore clear to me that I wanted to remain loyal to the industry and contribute my experience in the future with my own management consultancy.

With simple FM Consulting, I made the decision to use my experience independently, entrepreneurially and consistently focused on customer benefit.
