Our industry, the progressive development of technologies and increasing internationalisation have greatly changed our daily work in facility management. Tasks that were perceived as simple in the past have become much more complex and demanding, placing an increasing burden on staff and their day-to-day work.

We at simple FM try to change this for our clients by applying the principle 'Make FM simple' to our activities and concentrating on the important things in order to simplify the complex contents of facility management and, yes, to present them in a "simple" way.

We are a new and still young company, founded in the summer of 2020 by André Czwalinna in Düsseldorf. But new does not mean inexperienced; as Managing Director, André Czwalinna brings more than 20 years of operational and strategic experience in national and international corporate facility management to the table, and we at simple FM look forward to being able to apply this in a results-oriented manner for our clients.
