My motivation for simple FM

 

After more than 20 years as an employee and manager in corporate facility management, it was time for me to make a change and find a new challenge.

As I have always held the real estate industry and especially facility management in high regard and have always seen the variety of possible tasks as a challenge since the beginning of my career, it was clear to me that I wanted to stay in the industry and offer my experience to the market with my own company.

My strengths - my weaknesses!

 

One of my strengths is to present even complicated contexts in facility management in a simplified way and to explain them in such a way that all parties involved gain the necessary understanding...a strength that I would also like to use as a vision and core competence in my company for you with simple FM.

I would like to bring my many years of practical experience and my pragmatic approach paired with my structured and systematic work to our first joint project.

 

In my more than 20 years of experience in the environment of FM companies, I have unfortunately realised that a realistic assessment of the situation and open communication about it was not always desired.

I prefer to communicate in a direct and open manner and to present the sometimes unpleasant reality in an unembellished and factual manner.

To put it mildly, this is unfortunately not always desirable in a corporate environment.

As an external consultant, I offer you my identification with your business challenges and goals and a neutral view of your business reality from the outside. Your advantage is a neutral and apolitical approach to the tasks you set, free from reservations and status claims.
